The web was a buzz this week with a flurry of Hancock sightings. Rumor has it he may be making another appearance on Yahoo around the first of May.

Living in LA it's easy to forget that not everybody has seen Hancock. In fact there are a lot of people out there who think Hancock isn't even real - that he's some sort of publicity stunt or something.
This video comes to us from a New Jerseyite who was visiting the LA area last week. He was with some friends and doing some rock climbing when... well, I'll let the video speak for itself. I love their reaction - most Los Angelenos would see this and wonder if traffic was about to get worse!

More Hancock video for you! Our cameraperson had heard that Hancock was in the area and she rushed to her roof to try and capture him in action. She certainly captured him in motion. Lots of it. Hancock's looking a little unsteady on his... well, not his feet, so what would you call it? How the heck does he fly anyway? Speculate away, friends.

Imagine if this was a police officer staggering down the street. A firefighter getting into the firetruck blasted out of his mind. An EMT giving you mouth to mouth with booze on his breath. These things don't happen because these professions are regulated. Who's regulating Hancock? Every time I see something like this I think it's a wonder that he didn't go through a building instead of around it.

Whenever I've seen Hancock in person it was always too fast to really get a look, so I keep replaying this video - it's so crazy, he has no propulsion! He just points himself where he wants to go. It doesn't seem physically possible.

he needs a cup of strong black coffee

Attica, that's always been the thing that fascinates me the most. Some people say that he just makes really huge jumps, but look at the way he stops and starts - that's no jump. He's flying under his own power but without any visible means of making it happen. I read an interesting thing about antigravity particles. Maybe he's generating them himself.

If he is generating antigravity particles, it looks like he might be generating them from his whole body. Look at when he stops - he puts his feet out, but not enough that if the particles were coming out of there they would stop him. We should get a physicist in here to look at this stuff. I could talk about it all day!

My dad came to visit last summer and I remember that he thought Hancock was all BS. We were there that day when Hancock did the flyby that took the 'Holly' off the Hollywood sign - I'll never forget the look on my dad's face!
